Willow Grove provides safe, supportive, and substance free transitional housing for recovering women. In this case managed facility, a woman is able to gain a stronger foundation in recovery and move toward an independent, productive life. Each woman is assessed by a clinician and will have a recommended care plan which may include:

•Case management
•Twelve-Step programs
•Counseling and psychiatric services
•Vocational planning
•Domestic violence support
•Medical, dental and legal services
•Educational services
•Parenting and other self-help groups
•Aftercare planning

Two part-time house facilitators oversee the daily household operations, and our case manager tracks residents' progress with their care plan, and empowers each woman to maintain her sobriety.

*Minimum 30 DAYS sobriety required. A drug test will be administered before entrance to the residence and must be negative for all substances.* Average length of stay at Willow Grove is 3-6 months.

This is a project of the Upper Valley Substance Abuse Foundation, developed with support from the State of Vermont and private donations.
